Well, I've lost another 1/2 kilo last week, not a lot, but I have to admit I've been a bit naughty and had Mc Donalds last week. Yeh yeh, shame on my, I know, but somtimes you just need it lol. But since I was rather dissappointed about the little loss, I promised myself I do better this week....so far so good.
Been to the gym every day last week, even on saturday. Workout is getting better, I'm pushing myself more. And being pushed by Zoe....she took me under her wings a bit and likes to bully me around lol. She is good fun, she lost 70 kilos herself, so I know I can do it as well. And shes a lot older than me (no pun intended). But it is nice to have someone in the gym you can talk to....especially on the Treadmill.....otherwise it pretty damn boring.
Well I want to get down to at least 100 kilos till my birthday. I'm sure I can do it....and then another 10 by Xmas. But first things first....My birthday is in september, so I should be ok....or so I hope.
