Well, when I came home last nite I was starving....I couldnt think of anything else but food.....so I had wraps, just with chilisauce, jalapenos and some cheddar.....so I dont think I did too bad....unfortunately I had 5 of them.....they are just too nice. And I also had a piece of chocolate :o(. So basicly me goin to the gym yesterday was useless....
this morning I came to work and a collegue of mine brought some traditional breads....so I had two pieces of them....and a bowl of cereal. For lunch I had my spagghetti leftovers...it wasnt too much, so I should be ok. Tonite I'm either going to have some soup or a SlimFast shake....lets see how hungry I will be over the next 3 hours. Going to have sum pineapple now as a snack.
Definetely need to start making a diet plan tho. I'll get through this week without one and see how I do. Weight-in is on Monday. If I havent lost at least 1 kilo I guess I have to stick to a strict diet-plan.
But anyway, went to the gym this morning and my workout was good.....Burnt about 400 kals, so I guess thats not a bad start for the day....
