After being a lazy cow the last few months, I have started to go back to the gym today. And what a shock it was as I stepped on the scale....a shocking 117 kilos! Thats just not acceptable. I knew I gained some weight, but I didnt know it was that much. Urrgh!
Well so from today on its diet time. My goal for now is 80 kilos....thats 37 kilos to loose. My plan is to loose 5 kilos a month...well thats the plan, and I'm trying to stick to it....I'll see how it goes.
I've spend over an hour in the gym this morning, 30 mins on the threadmill, 15 on the crosstrainer and in between some abdominal and lower back workout.
I have eaten today: 2 FF yoghurts, 1 bowl of cereal with raisins, 1/2 pound of grapes and 1 cupasoup. dont know what I'll have for dinner yet, but probably some wraps. To be quit honest....I'm bloody starving right now!
