Since last week went rather disastrous, I've decided to start all over again...with a program. Started weight watchers again. Unfortunately there is no group here, so I have to do it on my own, but I suppose I manage. At least I have a plan now lol....more than I could say about last week.
Gym this morning was fine, had a good workout...and I'm not feeling sore....yet! Feeling hungry tho, am nibbling on grapes the whole day to cover the time between meals. But well, its not going to be a walk in the park. I just need a good start this week to get my motivation up and running....
