Week 3....getting there...

Well, I stepped on the scale this morning and I'm down to 116 kilos....yeh i know its only a kilo, but if its a kilo a week I'm quiet happy with that.

The last week was ok, I havent really felt hungry, of course I had mad urges for junk food and chocolate, but I resisted...mostly...I had a bit of chocolate, but within my pointsrange. On friday I actually had Chinese, which was lovely and still within my pointsrange. So I guess I'm not doing to bad on that matter.....I do fancy a nice Whopper tho ;o). The weekend of course was a bit harder, cause I'm home most of the time...ergo closer to the fridge....but I managed without going over my points.

Gymwise its ok...Friday and today I felt a bit weak on the crosstrainer, but I'm hangin in there...I'm not going to give up. Meeting some nice people in the gym and its a lot more fun on the Threadmill if you have someone to chat to.
