I completely forgot to write last week, and I had such a great loss....I'm down to 113 kilos now, yay! It probably has a lot to do with the stomach flu I had last week, but oh well, loss is loss.
I didnt loose anything this week tho, but I didnt gain anything either, so thats not too bad. Have been a bit naughty last week I have to say, had chinese and some fastfood, so no real surprise that I didnt loose any weight. Well, I cant always be good, can I?
Things in the gym are going well. I'm doing over one hour of cardio every day now, plus the weights afterwards. Also doing Pilates once a week. From next week on I will do Pilates 2x a week and go swimming 2x a week as well, maybe even 3x. See how it goes timewise lol.
All in all I am rather pleased with myself. Its getting really hot here now, so the workout is twice as hard, and I sweat like crazy! I know, not neccessarily information you all wanted to hear haha.
Foodwise I allow myself to sin, have McD's or something once a week, but if I have it I try to eat next to nothing else, so I still stay within my pointsrange. Besides that, I earn 8-10 bonus points in the gym everyday, so I think its going ok.
