It's that time of the week again, WI day....I'm dreading it mayorly after falling of the wagon like no other last weekend....Urgh.....but well, been really good since monday, so I know by next week there will be a loss!!!
Made a quorn cottage pie last night which was quiet tasty, not as good as the real deal, but I'm going to figure out how to get there. Might try the meaty one with swede instead of potato on a red day, and see how that tastes....only problem there is that my other half is not too keen on swede....maybe try and mash it with potatoes with skin on as HEB.
Also made a pot of red pepper sauce yesterday...my fingernails are still red....and tonight after the meeting I'll probably make a sausage hotpot.
Posted some more recipes that I converted from one of my 'normal' recipe books.....haven't tried them yet....but might next week...seem to be getting quiet good at converting recipes.
