Well, lost 1/2lb this week. Not great, but I'm trying to tell myself that a loss is a loss. But of course I'm dissappointed after the good losses the last few weeks. But I have noone to blame but myself. Overindulged a bit on the chocolate cake during the weekend and also had a bottle of wine last Friday. But I'm back on track now.
Don't have big plans for the weekend, so I should be abled to keep my syns under control. Getting a chinese takeaway tonight, but I can deal with that.
Starting a 2 week trial for bootycamp on monday. See how I get on with that. Should definetely get my metabolism up and running. I'm still doing my excercises on the WII daily, so hopefully my muscles will be building up and I can get rid of some flabby skin.....
