Weigh in time again
Last night was my meeting, lost 1lb....not much, but better than nothing. I'm not surprised really. Had some alcohol and nibbles over the weekend, so it was to be expected. Will be better this weekend. Want to get as close to my mini goal as I can by September....

Life as usual....
Well, anothe weekend has passed and we finally have the house to ourselves. Foodwise the weekend was ok, had some syns, had Pimms with diet lemonade, some normal crisps, chinese over the weekend. All in all it I think that I stayed within my synrange tho, cause I didn't use too many calls last week.
Yesterday I had:
BF: Actimel, Strawberries & Muller Light vanilla > 1 syn
Lunch: Bachelors noodles, cucumber
Dinner: Chicken chow mein > HEB, 2 sys
Snacks: 3 Rochers > 3 syns
Plan for today:
BF: Actimel, Strawberries & Muller Light vanilla > 1 syn
Lunch: 3 sl WW Bread with Egg and LF Mayo > HEB, 1.5 syns
Dinner: Chicken stirfry > HEB, 2 syns
Not too hungry at the moment, no major cravings either, so it's going well. Going to the gym tonight, so lets see what the scales say....
