Well, lost 1/2lb this week. Not great, but I'm trying to tell myself that a loss is a loss. But of course I'm dissappointed after the good losses the last few weeks. But I have noone to blame but myself. Overindulged a bit on the chocolate cake during the weekend and also had a bottle of wine last Friday. But I'm back on track now.
Don't have big plans for the weekend, so I should be abled to keep my syns under control. Getting a chinese takeaway tonight, but I can deal with that.
Starting a 2 week trial for bootycamp on monday. See how I get on with that. Should definetely get my metabolism up and running. I'm still doing my excercises on the WII daily, so hopefully my muscles will be building up and I can get rid of some flabby skin.....

WII
Bought myself a wii and a wii fit on saturday....been on it for the last two days (not constantly lol) and I'm loving it. I'm sore all over but it is just so much fun. And it will safe me from going to the gym, which is a plus. Now I can just do it in the house, whenever I feel like it. Perfect!!! My neighbours probably think I've lost the plot now, as I'm doing it in the livingroom and if you look through the window, you can see me cracking a crazy yoga pose lol......
I'm also going to try to post my weekly diary here. I'm writing everything down in my pukkapad, but I suppose it could be useful to post it here as well........

Down down down....
Another WI another loss! 2 1/2lb this week and also slimmer of the week again, eventhough I had to share that honour with one of my group mates lol. But hey, as long as I'm loosing, I couldn't be happier.
Thats 5lb to go to my 2st and my Club 10.....I'm going to try and make it in the next two weeks. That would be absolutely fab. Only 3st to go then till my first target.
The downside....I'm now at the weight that I started with the last time I've started Slimming World, which was in May 2007. But as I said before....three's a charm! I will loose this weight!
I did have some KFC last Saturday as celebration for my 1 1/2st award. It was looovely, however the next day my tummy was sore. Feel like having chocolate today, I'll probably makes some Rochers when I get home to kill the urge lol.

Extra easy.....looooving it!
I love this new plan, absolutely adore it! Had my WI last night and lost 4 1/2lb. I was ecstatic! I stuck to XE all week and even went out for a lovely dinner on Saturday. It is all so much easier on the plan. Had chicken as a starter and Pasta as main course....absolutely fab.
Definetely on track for my challenge now.....it took me 10 WI's to loose 1st 8lb. Bought the countdown in the meeting yesterday, 12 weeks for the price of 10....
Also got engaged, so now I have something to work towards to....don't want to look like a blob in my wedding dress......

Extra easy
Another week along, and I haven't lost anything. But I'm definetely not complaining. Haven't really followed the plan last week due to new years dinner and lots of sweets. But hey, I haven't gained anything either, so that's definetely a plus.
Anyway, the new plan was revealed to us last week, called 'Extra Easy'. It's great and really does make things a lot easier. Don't really have to think that much about the two sides now. I've been back on track since Monday and have been doing XE every day now. I'll see on the next WI if the plan works for me or not. If it doesn't, its just back to green and red.....
