No losses...but gain?

Well, weight myself last Saturday on a different scale and it said that I gained 2lb......hmmmmm. Have to admit tho that I had quiet a bit of chocolate last week. Besides that I probably gained some muscle, so I'm not too bothered. So far this week I have been a lot better, so hopefully on my way down again......Still feeling really good with this approach and love going to the gym....which reminds me...need to book my classes for tonight....until next time....

The middle way it is.....

....2lb lost, hoooraaayyyyy! Well pleased about that, down to 17st 10lb now. Still more than my pre xmas weight, but hey, I'm on my way down, and thats all that counts.

Got my workout planned again for the week. Gym tonight, X-Bikes tomorrow, Gym and maybe Body Vive or Body Combat Wednesday, Thursday Salsacise......I'm really enjoying the gym now.

Will do 5k on the Treadmill tonight I think, see how I get on.....otherwise do 30 mins on Treadmill, and 30 mins on Crosstrainer........

Another 4....or another 1.....

Well, after spending a whole hour!!! on the treadmill and another hour on the resistance machines last night I went to that slimming class. On the manual scale I was 4lb down since saturday and on the digital 1lb down....I think the digital is more realistic, and 1lb down would be fab, cause on Saturday I weight myself in the morning. But just to be on the safe side I will go on Saturday to get the accurate weight on that scale again. But hey, it's great non the less.

The meeting itself was ok, not really talked about much that I didn't know already....but I think I will attend on a regular basis anyway.

It's Valentines Day today and I'm just eating a wee bit of that doublechoc cookie I got for Mr. B....mmmmhhhhhhh

4lb down

Yeh, yeh, I know PMK says you should not weight yourself the first couple of weeks, but I did it anyway. Got onto the scales on Saturday morning and lost 4lb! Wooohooo, was well impressed with that. Going to a slimming class in my gym tonight. Since I weight myself in the morning, it's probably not as accurate as it should be, hence the slimming class tonight.

The loss gave myself a massive boost and I've been working out like a woman posessed. Been to the gym Saturday, Sunday and Monday and yesterday I went to a Pilates class (wich I didn't like too much) and afterwards to Salsacise which was lots of fun. Before going to the slimming thing tonight, will go and work out for a couple of hours.

Foodwise I've been good, only ate when hungry. Had a few naughties tho....Pizza saturday night (eventho I only ate half and had the other half for lunch the next day) and had a few cookies every night. I have to say tho that I ate a lot less than I would have done usually.

I still can't get over my scepticism...could this really be it? Well if not, I will ride the wave as long as possible lol......will post again with my weight tonight.......lalalalalalalala

Friday

Thank god for that!!!! Can't wait for the weekend. Been to the gym again yesterday, finally had the induction....which was a complete waste of time, but oh well. At least we can go now whenever we please.

Foodwise been going good, still haven't weight myself tho, will wait until next week I think...well maybe.....might do it this weekend lol. Had my usual fritatta this morning, yummmm....have to say I didn't really listen to my body that much, don't feel superfull, but could have stopped earlier....but hey....

Spinning

Urgh, my backside still hurts. Went to sign up in the gym yesterday, but unfortunately we were not allowed to use the machines until we had an induction, which is tomorrow night. So we decided to join the X-Bike beginners class, which is a form of spinning....Was a great workout, but ouch, it does hurt a bit lol.

Foodwise it's been ok. Had Pancakes for dinner, but only a couple, so I should be ok. Had a bagle with ham for breakfast today and just ate some pasta in sauce from Morrissons for lunch. Probably going to have a stirfry tonight, depending on when we go to the gym.

Didn't listen to the CD last night, just didn't have the time, but will do so again tonight, don't really want to miss more than 1 day of listening to it.

Weekend...Part II

I know, I know, it's already Tuesday, but just didn't come around to writing yet....so here it is...

The rest of the weekend was just as good as the first half. Sunday we got up, went shopping and for the first time in weeks I picked what I wanted, rather than what I thought I should pick. And funny enough, I mostly picked healthy stuff. Had my leftover pasta for lunch, which was loveeeely. Went to the movies at night, so I only had popcorn for dinner.

Yesterday went great as well. Had a wholemeal bagle for breakfast with marg and jam. Got hungry during a meeting, so when I came out I had a Muller Rice to fill me till lunch, when I had a mixed salad with a sandwich with smoked ham and 2 eggs. Took me ages to eat it all, and filled me up till dinner. I didn't even have my usual 4pm urge, which was great. Had Uncle Ben's Hoisin wraps for Dinner, which again were lovely .

Had another Bagle with jam for breakfast and brought a sandwich for mid morning. For lunch I have a Thai Red Chilli. Going to sign up for the gym tonight, soooo looking forward to it.

Weekend....part I

Well, so far so good. Had a good night last night. Ordered chinese and only had as much as I needed, listened to my body and stopped when I was full.

This morning we went to the MOT and afterwards stopped at the black bean cafe. Instead of having a pastry (like I usually would have had) I chose for a chicken jalapeno wrap. Enjoyed it a lot, eating it slowly and chewing conciously. Went to town afterwards, had a couple of drinks in TGI's and then went to Di Maggios. We shared a combo starter and I had some pasta and a piece of Mr B's pizza. Only ate 1\4 of my pasta and took the rest home with me. Probably have it for my lunch tomorrow. So all in all quiet pleased with myself......but I guess only the scales will show.

Going to sign up in the gym on Wednesday, looking forward to that. Listening to the CD everyday, and it keeps my spirits up.

PMK....Day 2

On the 2nd day....and still going strong.....still listening to my body...telling me when I'm hungry. Had some yoghurt with cereal and a banana for breakfast and had rice with chicken and mushrooms for my lunch....and taadaaaaa, I didn't clear my plate (Paul suggests to not clear your plate the first couple of weeks to reprogram your brain...so you don't think that food will fall off the earth the next day). Quiet pleased with myself....I really hope I can keep it up. The weekend will be a challenge...let's see if I can conquer it....
